Leslie Brown


As your main point of contact, Leslie brings a sound, planned proven approach to project coordination and management. She maintains an active, working role in the creative department from the inception to completion of a marketing campaign. She is experienced in the development of strategic plans, creating and executing marketing plans and managing ongoing communication plans within client organizations. Leslie is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and holds a degree in Supervisory Management. She has over 25 years experience in client service/management and over 20 years working in the advertising industry. Her diverse experience has allowed her to implement a variety of flawless, well-executed marketing plans and projects for both small and large clients.

Deanna Bargender

Web & Digital Media Manager / Account Assistant

Deanna brings a fresh approach to Design and Development. She joined Ontogeny as an intern in 2014 and moved into a full-time position after graduating from the University of Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Web and Digital Media Development. During her studies, she was hand picked for the Central Wisconsin Information Technology Alliance (CWITA) Mentorship Program. Deanna enjoys creating custom web sites that help clients succeed in their endeavors. She is trained in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design and specializes in front-end web development with knowledge of the Adobe Suite, HTML, CSS, JAVA, JavaScript, PHP, Python and SASS.
