As the primary point of contact, Leslie provides structured leadership and project oversight for advertising and marketing consulting engagements. She guides clients through discovery, strategy development, and planning—establishing clear scope, timelines, priorities, and communication frameworks to ensure initiatives remain aligned with business objectives. Her focus is on managing process and direction, translating strategic goals into actionable plans while maintaining accountability across all phases of integrated campaigns.

A United States Marine Corps veteran with a degree in Supervisory Management, Leslie brings more than 30 years of client service and leadership experience, and over 25 years in the advertising industry. She advises organizations on marketing strategy, brand governance, campaign planning, media strategy, and integrated communications, while overseeing execution through disciplined project management practices. Her experience with both small and large clients enables her to manage complex marketing initiatives with clarity, consistency, and measurable results.
